SPARKLING WATER WORKSHOP
A day long journey into the minds and tricks and methods of THEATREclub.
Here at THEATREclub central we often find ourselves in a bit of a RUT ( LIKE creatively)
To WANGLE out of the rut we drink a lot of SPARKING WATER and stay up all night.
How do we find ourselves in this RUT I hear you say!
This usually happens after spending weeks AND WEEKS generating material
in a room somewhere in this city.
Generating work I hear you say, how might one do such a thing????
WELL we want to SHARE how we do it with YOU.
We are holding a day long SPARKLING WATER WORKSHOP that will explore some of the ways we work in a PRACTICAL WORKSHOP FORMAT that is open to theatre makers of any kind.
1st July 2011| The Lab| 10am-5pm| €25 per company/individual
HOW TO GET WHAT YOU WANT (when you haven’t two buttons to rub together)
Here at THEATREclub we are blessed/cursed with what we call manic ambition.
Through having this manic ambition we have developed loads of skills in GETTING WHAT YOU WANT.
We are holding a workshop aimed at those who like what we’ve done and want to know how we did it led by Grace Dyas and Shane Byrne.
(some things we might cover; borrowing, bartering, support in kind, marketing on a shoestring, social media, accessible design and generally how to stand out and make it clear why what you do is different to what everyone else does.)
